Refund & Returns Policy
We only accept returns or refunds for items that are damaged, defective, misprinted, or lost in transit. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference are not eligible for returns.
- Damaged / Defective / Misprinted: Replacement or refund at no cost.
- Lost in Transit: Replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
- Wrong Address / Unclaimed: Reshipment cost is customer’s responsibility.
- Hygiene Products (e.g., masks): Non-returnable once opened.
To file a claim, email us at sales@thehomechoicellc.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in 2–7 business days and ship once fulfilled. U.S. delivery takes an estimated 3–8 business days, while international orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Tracking information is provided once an order is shipped. Lost or delayed packages are covered under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Privacy Policy
We collect limited information to fulfill your orders: name, email, shipping address, payment details (processed securely by third parties), and technical data (cookies, browser type, IP). We use this data for order processing, customer support, site improvement, and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
We share data only with trusted partners: Printful (fulfillment), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), and shipping carriers. We never sell or rent your data.
