Refund & Returns – Quick FAQ
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
No. Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference. Please check product details and sizing charts before ordering.
What if my item is damaged or misprinted?
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
My package never arrived—what now?
If your order is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and replace or refund your order.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If the address provided is incorrect or the package goes unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost once the item is returned to us.
Are there any items I can’t return?
Yes. For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as face masks) cannot be returned once opened. If returned, they will be disposed of without refund or replacement.
How do I start a claim?
Email us at sales@thehomechoicellc.com within the required timeframe. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We’ll help right away.
In short: Damaged, defective, or lost orders are covered. Buyer’s remorse, wrong size, and opened hygiene products are not returnable
